Beginners short course. Suitable for children aged 8 - 14 years
Discover your inner designer and experiment with materials, ideas and skills.
On this one day short course children will become confident beginners. This course is specifically designed for those who are complete beginners. They will have time to get to grips with how to use a sewing machine and make two simple projects.
They will start by making a cushion cover and then chose from several short projects. They will go home armed with new skills, confidence and completed projects.
Our teaching is always in small groups. All materials and resources are provided. Children just need to come with enthusiasm and lunch!
There will be a wide variety of materials on offer to the children.
This course is suitable for children with no sewing experience.
